Three on-campus semesters combine hands-on practical training with applied academic learning, supplemented by three professional internships of 24 weeks each.

Throughout the program you will build then reinforce your fundamental culinary techniques, before moving to advanced practices as you prepare some of the most iconic dishes from Alain Ducasse’s gastronomic restaurant.
