Bachelor
Our three-year post-baccalaureate programmes, Bachelor and Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers, impart technical, managerial and entrepreneurial skills. They are aimed at young graduates dreaming of a career in the luxury hotel, restaurant and patisserie sectors.
In 2023, École Ducasse Paris Campus welcomed 296 students to its Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Bachelor in French Pastry Arts programmes. The École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie welcomed 90 students in its Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers.
Since 2023, our students on the Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers at the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie have been eligible for an Erasmus+ scholarship for their work placement in Europe or outside Europe.
