Our three-year post-baccalaureate programmes, Bachelor and Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers, impart technical, managerial and entrepreneurial skills. They are aimed at young graduates dreaming of a career in the luxury hotel, restaurant and patisserie sectors.

In 2025, École Ducasse Paris Campus welcomed 336 students to its Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Bachelor in French Pastry Arts programs. The overall satisfaction rate was 78% and the overall success rate was 100%. The École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie welcomed 170 students to its Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers program. The overall satisfaction rate was 80% and the overall success rate was 100%.

Since 2023, our students on the Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers at the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie have been eligible for an Erasmus+ scholarship for their work placement in Europe or outside Europe.

With three academic semesters plus three professional internships, this Bachelor program combines intensive culinary arts training with rigorous academic studies of business and sustainability topics.

In 2025, the satisfaction rate among students enrolled in the Bachelor in Culinary Arts programme was 79,86%.

Bachelor in French Pastry arts

Duration: 3 years

Internships: 3x24 Weeks

Taught in English at Ecole Ducasse - Paris Campus, this Bachelor program delivers the unique combination of mastery in pastry arts and managerial know-how that you’ll need to forge a career in the pastry industry.

In 2025, the satisfaction rate of Bachelor in French Pastry Arts students was 72,86%.

Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers

Delivered in French at the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, this Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers offers you the ideal choice as a baccalaureate holder to build your career in the patisserie sector.

This programme prepares you for the title of Pastry Chef, registered with the RNCP under number 40163.

Since 2023, our students on the Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers have been eligible for an Erasmus+ internship grant for their mobility within or outside Europe. 

In 2025, the satisfaction rate for the Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers was 80%.
