Bachelor
Our three-year post-baccalaureate programmes, Bachelor and Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers, impart technical, managerial and entrepreneurial skills. They are aimed at young graduates dreaming of a career in the luxury hotel, restaurant and patisserie sectors.
In 2025, École Ducasse Paris Campus welcomed 336 students to its Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Bachelor in French Pastry Arts programs. The overall satisfaction rate was 78% and the overall success rate was 100%. The École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie welcomed 170 students to its Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers program. The overall satisfaction rate was 80% and the overall success rate was 100%.
Since 2023, our students on the Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers at the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie have been eligible for an Erasmus+ scholarship for their work placement in Europe or outside Europe.
