
École Ducasse Paris Campus
Situated in Meudon, an affluent suburb just 10km from the heart of the French capital, this purpose-built, 5,000 sq. m. campus is the flagship school of École Ducasse.
Learn in the global capital of gastronomy
Inaugurated in 2020, École Ducasse Paris Campus (EDPC) is now established as a global center of excellence for training in culinary and pastry arts.
A purpose-built facility, the campus incorporates six technical kitchens for individual cooking and brigade set-up, a pastry lab, a bakery lab, seven classrooms, plus a knowledge center and co-working spaces. There’s also a gastronomic restaurant, Adour, and a boutique which is open to the public.


Masterclasses on campus
Led by our partners such as Kaviari, Prova Gourmet, Vergers Boiron, and Moulins Bourgeois, these sessions are included according to the programs and enrich our students’ learning through demonstrations, expert advice, and professional know-how.
Each session combines advanced techniques with hands-on practice, giving participants the confidence and skills to elevate their craft.
