Learn in the global capital of gastronomy

Inaugurated in 2020, École Ducasse Paris Campus (EDPC) is now established as a global center of excellence for training in culinary and pastry arts.

A purpose-built facility, the campus incorporates six technical kitchens for individual cooking and brigade set-up, a pastry lab, a bakery lab, seven classrooms, plus a knowledge center and co-working spaces. There’s also a gastronomic restaurant, Adour, and a boutique which is open to the public.

A space designed for networking and transmission

Paris Campus is constructed around 4 blocks representing the 4 elements (water, fire, earth and air), which are closely related to the culinary arts. These are mutually connected by a light and airy interior space providing ideal surroundings for networking.

Outstanding training and study environments

An exceptional variety of entry-level and professional training kitchens are supplemented by 7 academic classrooms, a sensory analysis room, co-working spaces and an edible garden.

An edible garden at the heart of the campus

The Paris Campus features an edible garden that supports the school’s pedagogical approach to sustainable gastronomy.

This space allows students to better understand seasonality, plant-based ingredients, biodiversity, and the principles of “Naturalité”.

Our on-campus boutique is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18.30. Discover an exclusive selection of soups, salads, dishes, breads, pastries and desserts to take away, prepared daily by our Chefs. You will also find delicatessen products, a selection of books and specialized equipment.

Develop your skills in our on-site gastronomic restaurant

Nestled in the heart of Paris Campus, and open to the public, our contemporary and gastronomic restaurant Adour offers a menu that evolves with the seasons, in keeping with the philosophy of Chef Alain Ducasse.

Masterclasses on campus

Led by our partners such as Kaviari, Prova Gourmet, Vergers Boiron, and Moulins Bourgeois, these sessions are included according to the programs and enrich our students’ learning through demonstrations, expert advice, and professional know-how.

Each session combines advanced techniques with hands-on practice, giving participants the confidence and skills to elevate their craft.
