Biography
From Chicago, Illinois, Suhalia has been established in the fitness industry as a Personal Fitness trainer and Pro Fitness athlete for the last 23 years. Her life's work and passion is to help men and women transform their bodies so they will feel empowered, better about themselves and improve the quality of their life. From all around the world, she has implemented her unique training concepts in Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, London and Los Angeles.
Now married with 3 step kids and a dog. Suhalia has taken her passion to new heights and has recently graduated from Auguste Escoffier’s School of Culinary Arts in November 2022 with her diploma in Pastry Arts. Her love for baking and cooking inspired her to make a huge career change. After finishing up her externship program at Sugar Fixe for Escoffier she decided to travel to Paris and study at Ecole Ducasse School for Pastry for a summer program. Her love for food and passion for life have opened a whole new world of experiences and opportunities. Her goal in the next 5 years is to open her very own bakery and cafe.
Her philosophy is to S.M.I.L.E. “Stay Motivated In Life Everyday” by the very things that drive you and make you smile. Her love and passion for fitness, food, arts, family, and career has led her around the world. Her positive outlook on life is evident in her upbeat personality and achievements. It is Suhalia’s motivation to inspire others by demonstrating an example of what hard work and dedication can achieve if you believe.
