Meet the team behind Adour

In the philosophy of the Ecole Ducasse, different student profiles are mixed and succeed one another… All are led by a duo in balance, between Chef Jacques Maximin and Chef Guillaume Katola, to offer you the essential: excellence.

In the dining room, Fabrice Forget, our restaurant manager and director of training in the Arts of Service and the Table, welcomes you with pleasure and sincerity.

The Setting

When you open the door of this light-filled space, you enter a real restaurant. The Jouin Manku agency has designed it as a contemporary address, comfortable, efficient, beautiful, technical, not ostentatious, between refinement and simplicity.

The table base, the tablecloth, the materials, the imposing bar, the objects from Alain Ducasse’s personal collection… everything is just right, with some radical choices.

Everything creates the right atmosphere for our students to express their teachings and for you to spend a pleasant moment.
