Throughout 4 x 1 "A la carte" intensive weeks, you will learn how to create  artistic sugar, chocolate, ice sculptures pieces and wedding cakes. Working in small groups, you’ll receive personalized and dedicated instruction by our chefs. It also allows those who wish to participate in professional competitive programs.

Duration : 2 months

Eight weeks of intensive training are followed by an optional  four-week internship, providing a solid extensive skills from which to take your career to the next level. In class you’ll be guided through the creation of French pastry pieces, as well as chocolate & confectionery, ice creams & sorbets, and artistic masterpieces.
