An outstanding portfolio of culinary and pastry arts programs
École Ducasse partners have access to a comprehensive package of gastronomic training programs suited to all audiences – from enthusiasts to experienced professionals.
These include:
- Undergraduate programs: Bachelor in Culinary or French Pastry Arts (3 years)
- Intensive Essentials programs: fundamentals in culinary arts, pastry arts, chocolate, bakery (2 months)
- Intensive Diploma programs with advanced hands-on training (5-6 months)
- Amateur courses (half a day to 3 days – including culinary & pastry arts and wine pairing)
- Professional courses (on campus hands-on masterclass or off-site bespoke courses)
