The Expert Diploma in Culinary Arts is intensive 5-weeks program designed for Culinary Arts professionals wishing to increase their culinary skills and knowledge and develop their chef career.
Over 85% of the skills are acquired in practical workshops with a maximum of 10 students which allows for a personalised experience with strong team cohesion.
The program is delivered in English.
What you will achieve
By leveraging the expertise and experience of our trainer chefs, this intensive, lab-practice-focused program will enable you to acquire and master adevanced culinary techniques and gain an in-depth knowledege of Michelin gastronomy and Luxury Hotel & Resort cuisine.
Grounded in Alain Ducasse’s philosophy, which embodies a modern and contemporary vision of the chef profession and adopts a sustainable and responsable approach in line with the new expectations of our clients, you will assimilate knowledge and skills of high added valur for the development of your professional career.
Methods of evaluation
The evaluation process includes both practical and theoretical continuous assessment during hands-on labs.
Additionally, a practical final exam is required for successful completion of the program.
To validate your training, an overall average of 50/100 or higher is necessary. Should the overall average fall below 50/100, makeup exams may be organized.
