ERASMUS+
Highly committed to international development, École Ducasse has been an Erasmus+ partner since 2023, a programme which aims to give our students the opportunity to benefit from a scholarship for their work placement in or outside Europe.
Erasmus+ is open to all students studying for the Diplôme Supérieur des Arts Pâtissiers.
Erasmus+ offer support for students to enhance their skills, discover other cultures, develop interpersonal skills and broaden their open-mindedness, while increasing their employability by building up an international professional network.
Our international strategy
Located on an exceptional 7,200 m2 site in Yssingeaux in the Haute Loire, the world's largest campus dedicated to the pastry arts offers an environment conducive to innovation and learning French pastry.
Since 1984, École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie has brought together a community of experts. Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF), World Champions, Chef Instructors and alumni have been contributing to the school's French and international reputation for 40 years.
Alain Ducasse's cuisine, deeply rooted in French tradition, is enriched by international influences. His many trips around the world have enriched his palette of flavors and techniques, creating a unique fusion that characterizes his dishes. This openness to cultural diversity translates into inventive cuisine that is constantly reinvented.
We advocate the creation of meaning and encourage future chefs to anticipate changes in the world and reinvent the codes of excellence as daring entrepreneurs. Our committed students learn to manage with kindness. They assert their uniqueness thanks to the values passed on with passion by our chef trainers.
Driven by the ambition to feed our contemporaries responsibly, we train the chefs of tomorrow, aware of their responsibilities in terms of health and the environment. We train chefs who are entrepreneurs, managers and citizens.
