The curriculum is expertly tailored to provide students with the structure they need to expand their skillsets, while giving them the freedom to pursue their individual interests through chosen areas of concentration in culinary arts, management and entrepreneurship.
The two internships are designed to provide a deeper understanding of culinary operations and help hone cutting-edge, hands-on expertise.
Our students also get the option to study at the flagship École Ducasse Paris campus for their final year, following which they will be awarded an international Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts from École Ducasse.
With the curiosity to try something new and an inclination towards creativity, I decided to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts at ISH, which helped me bring out my creative side through the plate that I serve.
