Short explanation : Cafeteria, laundry, housekeeping and car parking available for an extra cost.

Price or price chart : From 1800 Euros/month. Flats prices: 1640 Euros/month.

In order to book a room in the residence, please make sure you have the following documents :

- ID/Passport

- Visa for the stay

- A copy of the student card or certificate of schooling

- A copy of the most recent income tax notice

For the guarantor*/sponsor:

- ID/ passport

- A copy of the most recent income tax notice.

· if the guarantor is a tenant, last 3 receipts of rent or an attestation of good rent payment.
· if the guarantor owns a property, copy of the last property tax (all the pages).

If the guarantor is:

· employee: the last 3 payslips.
· non-employee: a Kbis extract and / or last balance sheet.
· retired: proof of retirement.
