It is with a diploma from the Brevet Technique des Métiers en pâtisserie, and the award of the silver medal at the selection rounds for the World Cup of Pastry in the Sugar category in 2019 in Bastia, that Fanny Le Duff puts her talent at the service of the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie as Head Pastry Trainer. Previously Fanny has worked with prestigious houses such as the Restaurant Les Terrasses (**) in 2017, the Maison Aribert (**) in 2018 and the Hotel Restaurant La Pyramide (**) alongside Chef Patrick Henriroux .
