William Groult
Education & Program Director
After earning a Master's degree in psychology, William Groult decided to transition into the culinary field and joined the Ducasse Paris group in 2008. He trained with the instructor chefs at École Ducasse, then assisted Chef Romain Corbières in opening École Ducasse Paris Studio in 2009, where he subsequently became an instructor chef.
He then spent several years working in various establishments within the Ducasse Paris group, including "Le Relais du Parc," "Aux Lyonnais," and for four years at the restaurant "Rech*" alongside Chefs Julien Dumas and Adrien Trouilloud.
Passionate about imparting skills and knowledge, he joined the École Ducasse Paris Campus in 2014 as an Instructor Chef & Consultant.
In 2021, he was appointed Pedagogical Manager, and in 2024, became the Education & Program Director to ensure the transmission of Chef Alain Ducasse's culinary philosophy through the training programs at École Ducasse Paris Campus.
