Yvan Giudicelli
Pastry Chef Instructor
Originally from Corsica, Yvan Giudicelli trained at the CFA in Furiani, where he obtained a CAP in Pastry Making and then a CAP in Chocolate Making. He then continued his studies at the CFA in Le Beausset, obtaining a BTM in Chocolate Making and Confectionery (with honours), before perfecting his pastry skills with World Champion Jérôme De Oliveira.
Passionate about competition, he won the Corsican regional selection for WorldSkills in 2021 and the Criollo competition in Nice in 2024. In 2025, he joined the ENSP as a training chef.
