With a CAP (vocational training certificate) in pastry making, an additional qualification and a BTM (technical diploma) in pastry making, Valérie Roche began her career in various artisan businesses. She then continued her career in mass retail as a bakery and pastry manager, an experience that enabled her to obtain a BTS (advanced vocational training certificate) in Operational Sales Management.
After three years devoted to pastry training in vocational high schools and apprenticeship centres, she joined École Ducasse in September 2025 as Head Trainer, continuing her passion for passing on French excellence and artisanal know-how.
