Tianyou Zuo
Pastry Chef Instructor
Tianyou Zuo began his culinary career in China, before coming to Paris to enrich his skills by completing an international program at the Ferrandi school in 2018. He then worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and French-Asian bakeries.
Tianyou joins École Ducasse as Chef Trainer in September 2022, with the aim of inspiring and guiding the next generation of pastry chefs, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the world of patisserie.
