Thibaut Boulleret holds a CAP in pastry-making, an additional qualification in pastry-making for restaurant desserts, a BTM in pastry-making, a professional qualification in small business entrepreneurship and a qualification as a product development technician in bakery and pastry-making. At the same time, he completed a 6-year tour of France with Les Compagnons du Devoir before joining ENSP in September 2024.
