Stéphane Chabanier
Pastry Chef Instructor
After earning a CAP diploma at the CCI Jean Ferrandi and spending ten years working in Parisian boutiques, Stéphane Chabanier moved to Uruguay to work alongside Chef Jean-Paul Bondoux. Upon his return to France, he joined Christian Le Squer's team at the Pavillon Ledoyen as sous chef pastry chef.
In November 2023, he joined the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie as a chef instructor.
