Shinichirou Gemba
Pastry Chef Instructor
A graduate from Japan, Shinichirou Gemba arrived in France in 2017 welcomed by MOF Franck Fresson. A keen competitor, he has won several prizes: 1st prize at the Trophée National Stéphane Glacier 2019, 1st at the European Art Sugar Championship 2021, and 3rd in sugar with 1st in tasting at the French Selection for the World Pastry Cup 2023. Shinichirou has been a chef instructor at the ENSP since 2024, where he shares the passion that Japan and France have passed on to him.
