Robin Peuchot

Pastry Chef Instructor

After completing a BTS in Sales and Commercial Management, Robin Peuchot pursued his true passion for pastry. Following his initial experiences in a chocolate shop, Robin joined Ecole Ducasse Paris Campus as an apprentice in charge of production for the school's boutique. Since September 2023, Robin has been working as a Chef Instructor at the school, where he shares his expertise with aspiring pastry chefs.
