Nicolas Pouly

Pastry Chef Instructor

With a CAP in bakery, Nicolas Pouly continued his training in pastry-making at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP). He successively obtained his CAP in pastry-making, his certificate of advanced studies and finally his BTM in pastry-making. For more than five years, he was lucky enough to be trained by Bruno Montcoudiol, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2004 and World Pastry Champion 2006, before becoming Pastry Chef for six years in Saint-Etienne. Nicolas joined the ENSP in 2013 as Chef Trainer.
