Immersed in the world of bakery from a young age, he went on to co-found a bakery in Rueil-Malmaison and earned first place in the Hauts-de-Seine region on the TV show La Meilleure Boulangerie de France. In 2024, he joined École Ducasse, driven by his passion for sharing knowledge. “What I love about my profession is exploring new flavors and giving free rein to creativity. At École Ducasse, I truly enjoy seeing students grow, refine their skills, and build their professional careers.”
