Ludovic Puissochet

Pastry Chef Instructor and Teaching Manager

After studying economics, Ludovic Puissochet joined a fast-food chain, where he worked as an expert manager before taking over as site manager. In 2013, as part of a career change, he enrolled at the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP) and obtained his CAP Pâtissier, graduating top of his class (85 students). In 2014, he joined the teaching team at the ENSP as a junior assistant pastry chef, enabling him to broaden and perfect his skills while following other professional training courses. At the same time, he trained as a teacher and became head instructor at the ENSP in 2015. In July 2023, Ludovic became Head of Teaching Programmes.
