Dan Touati
Pastry chef Instructor
A graduate of the Lycée Hôtelier Mederic, Dan Touati began his career as second-in-command at the Angelina Tearoom. Assistant to the Executive Chef at Pierre Hermé, he was in charge of production and quality at the boutique for over 5 years. He then joined Groupe Bourdon as second pastry chef, in charge of all production for the group's Paris restaurants. He joins Ecole Ducasse 2022 as Pastry Chef Instructor.
