Pastry Chef Instructor

After gaining a CAP, an additional qualification and a vocational certificate in bakery, Cyril gained experience in various bakeries in Corsica and in ski resorts. He then broadened his skills by turning to pastry-making, obtaining his CAP. This new direction marked the start of a flourishing career in catering patisserie, leading him to work in the UK and Australia for several years. Since 2017, Cyril has been sharing his expertise by becoming a pastry and bakery chef trainer at the ENSP.
