Claudian joined the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie in July 2022. He started his studies in Pastry at the age of 15 with a CAP Pastry, then went on to a CAP Chocolatier, CAP Baker, his complementary mission, a BTM Pastry and then a BTM Glacier. 
Claudian participated in several competitions such as the European Art Sugar Championship. He worked in several shops and even became production manager for 5 shops before becoming Head Trainer in our prestigious school.
