Alexy Giraudeau has always had a passion for pastry. He first passed a CAP in pastry making before validating his complementary mission. He then obtained his BTM in pastry making.
Alexy has worked in many establishments such as La Bonbonnière Morzine before joining the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie as Chef Trainer in September 2022.
