Room manager in charge of training at Adour

After his training at EPMTTH and Ferrandi, Fabrice began his career at the Grand Hôtel InterContinental, where he held a variety of positions, from bar to restaurant, stewarding, room service and banqueting. This versatility enabled him to develop a holistic understanding of the luxury hotel and restaurant industry.
His passion for wine led him to obtain WSET certification, attesting to his in-depth knowledge of the world of wine.
Fabrice joins Ecole Ducasse in 2023 as Room Manager in charge of training.
