Adeline Molière, who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University (Philadelphia, USA) and a master’s in management and business administration from IAE Lyon, has over 20 years' experience in higher education, specializing in Hospitality and Culinary Arts Management.

 

Having held the position of Director of bachelor’s programs in International Hospitality Management at the Institut Paul Bocuse for 10 years, she rigorously managed bilingual programs, favoring an educational approach integrating practice and theory.

 

In 2021, Adeline joined École Ducasse as Director of Pedagogy, School Quality, and coordinating the development of new École Ducasse campuses worldwide. Deploying her missions across all Écoles Ducasse in France and internationally, she brings a cross-functional vision to pedagogy while taking into account the specificities of each establishment.
