With 15 years of experience in human relations, including 10 in interim management, human resources have become a true passion for Pascal Tolla.

Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to explore many facets of human interaction—often in highly complex environments—within SMEs, mid-sized companies, and subsidiaries of international groups.

He has worked across diverse sectors including metallurgy, chemicals, consulting, and tableware at Hermès, as well as in gaming, casinos, golf, and luxury hospitality as Deputy HR Director at the Hôtel Hermitage**** and the Royal Palace Hotel in Évian.

Today, he brings his expertise to École Ducasse, supporting its development and ensuring that every team member can thrive and express their full potential in the best possible conditions.
