Samba Konate
Chef Instructor
Samba Konate, a training chef at École Ducasse since July 2023, brings with him a wealth of experience in the world of haute cuisine.
After completing a CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle) and starting his career in brasseries and restaurants in Paris, including Le Train Bleu, he moved on to La Condesa, then the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes. In August 2021, he joined the brigade at Taillevent, followed by stints at Fouquet's and the Royal Monceau. In 2022, he embarked on a one-year continuous training program with the French National Education system, further solidifying his desire to share his knowledge and train others.
Today, Samba shares his passion for cooking and pastry with our French and international students, inspiring the new generation of chefs to explore creativity and gastronomic excellence.
