After obtaining his CAP BP diploma in Lyon at the restaurant Les Trois Dômes * from 2004 to 2008, he joined the brigade at Le Spoon and then Le Jules Verne * for 7 years, before becoming chef at Paris bistro for 4 years before joining Ecole Ducasse in 2023, determined to transfer his knowledge of the culinary arts to his students.
