Florent Boutet holds several diplomas in the culinary arts. He began his career internationally, working in Luxembourg, the United States and Paris. He worked for 7 years as Chef at Purgatoire 54 Paradis, an event space between Contemporary Arts and Gastronomy. He joined Ecole Ducasse in 2021 as Chef Trainer.
