With 15 years of experience in human relations, including 10 years in interim management, human resources are a true passion for Pascal Tolla.

 

 

 

Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to explore many facets of human relations, sometimes in very complex contexts, working with SMEs, mid-cap companies, and subsidiaries of international groups. He has worked in sectors as varied as metallurgy, chemistry, consulting, and tableware at Hermès, as well as in the fields of gaming, casinos, golf, and luxury hotels as deputy HR director at the Hermitage**** hotel and the Royal Palace hotel in Evian.

 

 

 

Today, he uses his expertise to support École Ducasse in its development and ensures that all employees can express their talents in the best possible conditions.
