A graduate of Néoma Business School, Elodie has nearly 15 years' experience in Human Resources. She began her career with France Boissons a distribution subsidiary of the Heineken group. After 6 years, she joined the Human Resources Department of major household appliance brand Beko as Assistant HR Director. In 2016, she joined retailer Stokomani, where she helped to professionalize recruitment and set up the HR information system. Before joining École Ducasse, she was HR Development Manager FitnessPark. In this role, she was involved in developing team skills and supporting the digitization of HR processes.

Since her arrival in January 2024, she has been in charge of HR management for the 3, Paris Meudon, Paris Studio and ENSP campuses. In this way, she contributes to the talent development and operational performance of the École Ducasse teams.
