With a background in sales and a BTS MUC, Alexandra Legrand developed a keen interest in the field and an unwavering passion for management. These driving forces guided her towards an ESSEC master’s degree in management and organization management, with a specialization in operations management and supervision.

Initially a B2C Account Manager at Ducasse Paris, she soon became Marketing and Partnership Manager for École Ducasse Paris Studio.  In 2016, Alexandra Legrand became Director of the school dedicated to cooking enthusiasts, contributing to its ongoing development. In 2024, she was appointed Director of International Development for the Écoles Ducasse, focusing on the brand's external growth worldwide.
