Head of Restaurants
After nearly 15 years of experience in high-end restaurants, mainly working alongside Alain Ducasse, Guillaume Katola has been appointed Head of Restaurants at the new campus of École Ducasse. The chef will oversee the site’s two application restaurants.
It is in Argenteuil, in Ecole de Cuisine by Alain Ducasse, that Guillaume Katola began his career as a Commis chef instructor. He then climbed the culinary ladder until he obtained the title of Executive Chef at the famous “Rech by Alain Ducasse” in Hong Kong. Before then , the chef had worked in other renowned starred restaurants, both in France and internationally, such as “Le Jules Verne” in Paris, the “Salon La première Air France” nestled in the first-class lounge at Roissy airport or “The Grill” at The Dorchester hotel in London.
Determined and talented, Guillaume Katola returns to the field of culinary training in which he began his career 14 years earlier at École Ducasse. With the benefit of a rich experience acquired in Paris and abroad, the chef will contribute by applying in all circumstances the high standards and excellence he has knowns since his beginnings in gastronomy.
