William Groult
Pedagogy manager - Chef Instructor/ consultant
After a Master's degree in psychology, William Groult decided to switch to cooking and joined the École Ducasse as an assistant chef in 2008. He learned from the chefs who trained him, then assisted chef Romain Corbières in opening the Ecole Ducasse Paris Studio in 2009, where he in turn became chef trainer.
He then worked for several years in the Ducasse Paris group's establishments, including "Le relais du Parc", "Aux Lyonnais" and then for four years at the "Rech*" restaurant alongside chef Julien Dumas and then Adrien Trouilloud.
Committed to passing on know-how and interpersonal skills, he rejoined the École Ducasse team in May 2014 as chef trainer/consultant. In 2021, he will be entrusted with the position of Pedagogical Manager for the Ecole Ducasse Paris Campus training programs.
