Across eight intensive weeks, you will spend 80% of your study time in practical workshops and training, making use of our state-of-the-art technical kitchens. The program also takes you to local farmers and suppliers, as well as to best-in-class kitchens and pastry labs, where you will discover cutting-edge techniques for preparing vegetarian, vegan and ‘green-themed’ cuisine.
